GAME CHANGERS is a site-based mentoring program designed specifically for male volunteers (16+) and male mentees!
This program makes being a volunteer mentor easy and is perfect for anyone looking to give back to their community while having fun.

Your Commitment:
You will be matched to a like-minded mentee (ages 8 - 13).
You will meet with your mentee in a group setting once per week for two (2) hours.

There are 2 program sites to choose from:
Tuesdays at Caernarvon Elementary School (14820-118 Street) from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.
Thursday at BGCBigs’ West Club
(16030-104 Avenue) from 6:00 P.M.to 8:00 P.M.

Commonly known as the Big Brothers Big Sisters program or one to one mentoring. One mentor (Big) and one mentee (Little) spend time together building a friendship based on trust, support, common interests, and fun! Bigs and Littles participate in a variety of activities—everything from riding bikes, skating, reading, working on homework, cooking, playing video games to just talking and sharing with each other.
Mentees: Anyone between the age of 6 and 17. These kids just need a little extra support.

Locations: Edmonton, Strathcona County, Parkland County, Lac La Biche, Morinville, and St. Albert
Where: In the community at sporting events, festivals, coffee shops, swimming pools, libraries etc.
When: Evenings and/or weekends when the mentor and mentee are both available
