Description:
Are you looking to gain experience working with youth? The Fred Otto DiscoverE Program is currently looking to expand our community through a team of volunteers (15 years and older) to help us deliver fun, accessible and innovative programming within our summer camps. Summer camp volunteers work within the camp room to aid our instructors to make an engaging engineering experience for our campers.

Qualifications:
-Previous experience or interest in gaining experience working with youth
-Ability to convey excitement and enthusiasm about science, technology, engineering, and math
-Ability to work within a team setting
-Positive role model
-Reliable and committed
-Previous experience with DiscoverE or interest in pursuing careers in the Education/Science/Engineering-related fields is an asset
-High School students of Grade 10 to 12 (15 and up) are welcome to volunteer with us!
Training:
There will be a 3 hour long training session prior to camps starting.
