Join the Global Country volunteer team to manage the Loading Zones for our restaurant partners.

Meet new people, be part of a group of wonderful volunteers, receive complimentary food tickets and be part of one of the best summer time events in Edmonton.

We are looking for people to fill two shifts a day one from 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm, and the other 5:00 pm – 10:00 pm. You will always work in pairs, which allows time for breaks and exploring the festival. We do ask for a commitment of 3-4 shifts over the course of the 11-day festival.

Tasks include:

Signing vendors in and out of the loading zone

Managing the loading zone for unauthorized parking

Hand sign-in records in at the end of the evening shift.

With each shift worked you are provided complimentary food tickets that are good to try the food at any of the vendors at the Taste of Edmonton

A snack ticket each shift that gets you two snacks and a drink from the volunteer tent

You are welcome to attend the volunteer BBQ put on by the Taste of Edmonton

A volunteer t-shirt

Free parking if you drive, or if you take transit an ARC card good for one day with each shift you work.
