Description:

The Life Enrichment team at Touchmark’s Health Services Neighborhood is looking for a weekend volunteer to run small group and one on one activities with seniors with dementia and different physical limitations.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid criminal record and vulnerable sector check by start time. Experience working with seniors is preferred. However, candidates that are patient, kind and willing to learn will also be considered.

Training:

4 to 8 hours of training by the Life Enrichment staff will be provided.

Benefits:

We are able to track volunteer hours and can write a character reference of recommendation letter after 50 hours of volunteering.
