Description:

Our Parents' Home (Cogir Senior Retirement Living) provides the opportunity to take your skills and knowledge to new levels,
supported by a corporate culture that values talent, idealism, and ambition. The volunteer will perform a variety of tasks to support the Active Living Program. This position is essential and complementary to enhance the quality of life of residents.

Qualifications:

· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Passion and ability to interact with seniors
· Dependable and punctual
· Willing to take initiative and be self-directed

If Interested: Applicants will be required to fill out a Volunteer Application Form and supply a Police Check with Vulnerable Sectors.


Training:

· Complete initial orientation and policy sign-off
· Tour of Residence
· Training on specified equipment, as required [Choose- iPad, apple tv, karaoke machine, Wii, sound system, etc.]
· Ongoing training, as required
