Description:

This August, we’ll be turning the William F. Lede Park (4524 - 47 Ave, Leduc) into the ultimate home run with tons of prizes to be won, delicious on-site concession, awesome music, beer garden, auctions, raffles, fun-loving entertainment, and inspiring stories from our brave wish kids. We would love to have you join us as a volunteer for this fun and memorable event!

Details:
Date: Saturday Aug 15th and Sunday August 16th, 2026 (7:00am-6:00pm each day)
Location: William F. Lede Park 4524 - 47 Avenue, Leduc AB (onsite parking and transit accessible)
Meeting Spot: Make-A-Wish table (behind concession building)
To Bring: Make-A-Wish t-shirt (if you do not have one, it will be provided), comfy clothes and closed-toe shoes, water bottle, sunscreen
Perks: Volunteers will receive Grand Slam baseball hat, snacks & food voucher for lunch

Qualifications:

Volunteers must be 18+

If volunteering as a photographer, volunteer must have their own camera/equipment

If volunteering for First Aid, must have a valid, current certification and provide proof.

Training:

Virtual training will take place in advance of the event
