What is Week of Welcome?

• Every year, UASUevents puts on Week of Welcome to create an exciting atmosphere and bring the community together to start the year off right! WOW is a jam-packed week of events with something for everyone - we have live outdoor music in Quad with MainStage, free daily pancake breakfast, various ticketed evening events, a clubs fair tent, games, prizes, and so much more.

When is it happening?

• Week of Welcome happens during the first week of school. This year, Week of Welcome is happening from September 3rd-7th, 2024.

How can I learn more about the events?

• Be sure to check out uasuevents.ca in late August to see the full schedule and lineup. We can't wait to see you there!

How can I get involved?

• Applications for senior volunteers open in October & applications for general volunteers open in February. Keep an eye out on our social media because we always post on their first!
